Welcome to SNL Home. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SNL Home website, online store, products, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

SNL Home is an online retail brand operated by SALTNATIONLINE AND THINGS LLC, a New York business.

By accessing or using our Services, placing an order, or purchasing products from SNL Home, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

The involvement of a third-party supplier or fulfillment provider does not change the fact that your purchase through SNL Home is a transaction between you and SALTNATIONLINE AND THINGS LLC.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order through SNL Home, you are submitting an offer to purchase the products included in your order.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation. An order confirmation confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted or that every product is available for fulfillment.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit an order when permitted by applicable law, including when:

A product is unavailable.
There is an obvious pricing, product, or listing error.
Payment cannot be authorized or completed.
We reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or abuse.
A supplier or fulfillment provider is unable to fulfill the order.
Circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfillment.
Cancellation or limitation is otherwise permitted by applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion of the order.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Product prices are displayed on the website and may change from time to time.

The price charged for an order will generally be the applicable price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to use a payment method that you are authorized to use.

Payment transactions may be processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment processors. Additional terms or policies of the applicable payment provider may also apply.

6. Shipping and Delivery

SNL Home currently ships within the United States unless otherwise stated on the applicable product listing or at checkout.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, although processing times may vary by product or supplier.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier, fulfillment location, shipping method, carrier, destination, and other circumstances.

Unless otherwise stated for a particular product, general delivery estimates may be approximately:

Standard items: 5–10 business days after processing.
Oversized or heavy items: 7–14 business days after processing.

These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances including carrier delays, weather, holidays, supply issues, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, customs or governmental requirements, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Products purchased in the same order may be shipped separately when they are fulfilled from different locations or through different suppliers or fulfillment partners.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and applicable return requirements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Return eligibility may vary depending on the product, product condition, supplier requirements, fulfillment arrangements, and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

8. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@snlandthings.com and provide your order number.

Because orders may be transmitted to a supplier or enter processing shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed after processing or fulfillment has begun.

If an order cannot be canceled, you may use the applicable return process described in our Return & Refund Policy if the product is eligible for return.

9. Intellectual Property

The SNL Home name, branding, logos, website design, text, graphics, photographs, and other original content created for or made available through the Services are owned by or licensed to SALTNATIONLINE AND THINGS LLC or their respective rights holders, unless otherwise stated.

You may access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Except as permitted by applicable law or with our prior written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit our website content or other protected materials.

Product names, trademarks, logos, photographs, descriptions, and other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

If you submit a review, comment, photograph, suggestion, testimonial, or other content to SNL Home, you represent that:

You have the right to submit the content.

The content does not violate applicable law.
The content is not knowingly false, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.

By submitting content to us, you grant SNL Home and SALTNATIONLINE AND THINGS LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, and otherwise use that content in connection with our business and Services.

We may remove or decline to publish content that we reasonably determine violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

The Services may use or provide links to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, suppliers, fulfillment providers, analytics providers, advertising providers, social-media services, and other technology or business-service providers.

When you interact directly with a third-party service, that third party may process your information and provide services according to its own policies.

Our use of or links to third-party services does not make SNL Home responsible for the independent practices, content, policies, or actions of those third parties, except to the extent required by applicable law.

12. Shopify

SNL Home uses Shopify to provide the ecommerce technology and infrastructure supporting our online store.

Shopify may provide services related to website hosting, checkout, payment processing, order management, security, analytics, and other ecommerce functions.

Your purchase of products through SNL Home is a transaction between you and SALTNATIONLINE AND THINGS LLC.

Shopify provides technology and related services for our store and is not the seller of products purchased from SNL Home.

Shopify's own terms and privacy policies may also apply to your use of Shopify-powered portions of the Services.

13. Third-Party Suppliers and Fulfillment Providers

SNL Home may use independent third-party suppliers and fulfillment providers to source, prepare, process, package, or ship products.

The supplier or fulfillment provider used for an order may vary depending on the product.

Third-party suppliers and fulfillment providers may establish operational requirements concerning product availability, processing, shipping, returns, replacements, or other fulfillment matters.

SNL Home remains responsible for administering your purchase and customer-service relationship with SNL Home, subject to these Terms, our policies, and applicable law.

Where a supplier or fulfillment provider is involved in resolving a product or order issue, we may coordinate with that party on your behalf.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from a particular transaction or claim will not exceed the amount you paid to SNL Home for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
